US IT Recruiter: NUMBER OF POSITIONS – 3
Must have strong 0-3 year of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required on C2C & W2.
Freshers can also apply for this position.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts. Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills. Experience in sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards etc .
Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
