Minister for Endowments Allolla Indrakaran Reddy has announced the Government will help for the conduct of the Astrolyg annual meet here in Hyderabad.
The Minister said that the TRS Government under the leadership of K Chandrasekhar Rao the Chief Minister is giving importance to all the castes and communities for their development.
He stated that KCR is a sympathiser of the Brahmin community and that he has allocated Rs 100 crore for the development of Bharhmins in particular.
He said that the welfare of Brahmins will develop the state and people from all the communities. The brahmins should be kept happy so that they would pray the Gods to keep the people happy.
The Minister was speaking at a function where a Panchagam was released and felicitated Nageshwar Rao Siddanthi. The Astrologers in the state have now come under one roof and they have developed a calendar where there would no confusion for celebrating the festivals.
The Minister expressed his happiness that the Telangana now will have one Panchagm and that all the festivals will be celebrated on a single day that was agreed upon unanimously by the Siddhanthis.
Government Advisor Ramanachari also participated in the function.
