Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly Pocharam Srinivas Reddy said that the Brahmana Sankshema Parishath has been doing good work in developing the Brahmin community.
He was talking at the function of the Brahmana parishath where the approval letters to study abroad was given to the Brahmin students. The Chairman of the Brahmana parishath and advisor to the TRS Government Ramana Chary was present here on the occasion.
CM KCR is working for the development of all the communities and for the first time, Brahmins were also included Pocharam said. It is being done through Ramana Chary as the Chairman he explained.
Irrespective of the caste creed and community the people of Telangana will be developed in all spheres he said.
He reminded that under Swacchchta 6 districts from Telangana have stood first at the national level and it is a big achievement he said.
TRS government for the people and KCR is striving for the betterment of the people and he is the real leader Pocharam said. He said that hundreds of crores are being spent for the development of Yadadir and that KCR was taking a keen interest in this.
Brahmins have all the power of appeasing the gods for the welfare of mankind he stated. Brahmin is a bridge between the man and God he appreciated. That is the power the Brahmins have got he explained.
Without Brahmins and purohits there is no meaning to Pooja and Temples the Speaker said. Brahmin is Brahmin and he has to be respected in all aspects the Speaker said.
He appreciated the work being done by Brahmana parishat and the credit goes to KCR for taking the initiative he said.
