Title: Manager / Asstt. Manager Payroll
Work Location: Hyderabad
Total Experience: 4-9 years
Job Description:
Follow up with US Consultants for time sheets.
Must have Expert level Hands On Experience of Quick Books.
Maintain and preparing data for US payroll based on the time sheets received from consultants and submitting payroll data in Quick Books.
Invoicing to US clients Managers and Vendors using QuickBooks.
Follow up with Clients on payments/discrepancies on payments/dues.
Answer Clients questions related to Invoices, Net Terms
Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Preparing ageing report of accounts receivables using QuickBooks.
Bank Reconciliation
Preparation of financial statements.
Maintain & Reconcile General ledger accounts.
Generate and maintain financial reports.
On time billing Invoices distribution & follow ups for payments.
Financial Reporting & audit preparation and Coordinate the audit process.
Should be experienced in drafting emails to vendors, clients and consultants
Coordinate with the internal sales team before every payroll, to check the status of projects of consultants on billing.
Knowledge of Indian Payroll
Other Skills:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Good listening skills. Good presentation skills must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements
