The Special CBI court has decided that Jagan Mohan reddy the AP CM must attend the ED case in person. The case of disproportionate assets was posted to 31st of this month.
Earlier Jagan has sought the court that all the cases must be enquired at a time. But the court stated that they will be dealt with separately. Six big cases are pending against Jagan in the CBI special court.
The Court categorically stated that Jagan must attend the cases in person on the court at Hyderabad. The CBI court is not agreeing to the requests made by Jagan Mohan Reddy.
From now on Jagan will have to attend the court for the ED case in person. So far the petition filed by Jagan Mohan Reddy was quashed by the CBI court.
Despite making all-out efforts in the Court Jagan is not getting any relief. Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to buy time from time to time in the court. But the Court is not heeding to his requests.
