Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Minister for Home, Government of Telangana expresses his gratitude to Sri Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana for moving the resolution on Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Population Register (NPR) and National Register of Citizens (NRC) in the Telangana State Legislative Assembly and Council on 16.03.2020 which was passed by both the houses unanimously after elaborate discussions made in the House.
The Home Minister said, the Hon’ble Chief Minister while introducing the resolution spoke in the TS legislative Assembly in detail duly covering the grave apprehensions over the implementation of CAA, NPR & NRC among various sections of the society. He said, Hon’ble Chief Minister during the discussion cited various issues and concerns being raised by several sections of the society and the nation-wide protests and such protests may not be taken as dissent as anti-national etc. He said, during the discussion on the Resolution, he touched every point and apprehension being raised by various sections of society and became their voice. He said, upon passing the Resolution by the House, various leaders, people representatives, general public and intellectuals of the society not only from the Telangana State but also from other parts of the country are praising Sri. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao ji. The Resolution has given a great sigh of relief to various sections of society and enhanced their trust on Telangana Government.
He said, it is the fortune of the Telangana State that we have got such a great leader and visionary as our Chief Minister who is a simple, down to earth and more so a secular leader under whose dynamic rule, the Telangana State is fast progressing in all spheres in the fields of development and Welfare. He said that each and every section of the society irrespective of any caste, community or religion in the state have got one or the other benefit from the Government and people are very happy in the State and gave a thumbing majority in all kinds of elections to the TRS party under the excellent leadership of KCR ji.
He said that the Chief Minister is a Gifted Leader to Indian Politics and Society and his active part in the National Politics would definitely make impact and benefit various sections of people particularly poor and down trodden.
