Dharani is getting more popular by the day. The people who want to get the agriculture lands registered are finding it very easy and they are happy with the way registration is being done in no time.
But the court is yet to clear the registration for non-agricultural lands and properties. Case is pending in the court against the registration of properties.
But the farmers are more or less happy with the way lands are being registered and they are getting the passbooks for their lands in the said time.
The Chief Minister KCR is also monitoring the functioning of the Dharani portal on day to day basis. He has expressed his happiness over the way things are going on.
Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar IAS today informed that Dharani Website had 5.84 lakh views so far. 2622 registrations have been done and Rs 7.77 crores amount has been paid. 5971 slot bookings have been done while 6,239 members have made a payment so far.
Chief Secretary earlier visited the Dharani Control Room set up at the BRKR Bhavan where a 100 member team is working to address the technical issues. Chief Secretary along with IG Stamps and Registrations Shri Seshadri and other officials are personally monitoring the functioning of the Dharani portal. Chief Secretary said that the system has stabilized.
The Chief Secretary also held a teleconference with the District Collectors and directed them to ensure that Dharani portal is used effectively in a transparent and simple manner.
He also emphasized that there should be no scope for discretion by anybody. He warned that serious action will be initiated if anybody is found negligent. The Collectors should ensure that all the slots booked are completed on the same day without fail.
