Popular TV artist Priyanka of Bangaru Kodalu serial fame has accepted the Green India Challenge and planted three saplings today at Motinagar.
TV Anchor Radha challenged Priyanka as part of the green India Challenge Initiative started by RS member from TRS Joginapally Santosh Kumar.
Priyanka opined that we need a lot of tress for proper supply of Oxygen and that she was fortunate to plant the saplings on the Initiative taken up by the RS member Santosh Kumar.
Santosh took up Green India Challenge and was inspired the CM of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao with the program called as Haritha Haram.
Green Indi challenge is like an extension to the Haritha Haram for reducing the pollution and improving the quality of the climatic conditions.
Priyanka is hopeful that the country turns green and that Telangna turns into Haritha Telangana with the program of Green India Challenge.
She further gave the challenge to Anika and Anusri.
She suggested them to take up the challenge and plant three saplings each as part of the JSK Green India Challenge. So far crores of plants have been planted by various sections of the society across the country.
