In order to ensure that the lockdown orders are completely being followed, Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad, Shri. V.C. Sajjanar, IPS., took a stock of the lockdown implementation today from ground zero on the day four. He visited visited places including Gachibowli, Miyapur, Madhapur areas visited.
The commissioner spent time with the field level police officers and supervised their functioning at the check posts on roads. Also, he advised them to take all safety precautions while interacting with the public. He personally monitored the movement of the vehicles and participated in the checking with other officers.
Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad Shri VC Sajjanar, IPS, said,”I advise people not to be careless during this second wave of pandemic. A lot of them suffering from mild symptoms of COVID 19 are taking it easy thinking that it might be some viral infection. I request all of you not to turn a blind eye towards any symptoms and get yourself checked. In association with Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) we are also going to put an isolation ward.
There are almost 5000 police officers from Cyberabad Police on the ground monitoring the lockdown situation.”He reiterated the need to be very vigilant as the pandemic is still rampant and expressed satisfaction that the citizens have been voluntarily following the lockdown orders and that the police on ground are actually trying to help all the citizens who are moving emergency services.
He also appreciated the efforts of Police Personnel in ensuring strict implementation of lockdown while facilitating the movement of essential and emergency services men and materials as per the GO.
The Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad Shri VC Sajjanar, IPS., appealed to the citizens to keep up the same zeal in respecting the Government Orders in the coming days too thereby helping in successful curbing of further spread of Pandemic.
During the visit Cyberabad CP Shri. V.C. Sajjanar, IPS., was accompanied by DCP Traffic SM Vijay Kumar, IPS., CAR Hqtrs ADCP Manikraj, Madhapur ACP Purushottam, Raidurgam Inspector Rajgopal Reddy and other Police personnel were presented.
