The judges of the sessions court have agreed to constitute a special bench to enquire into the case of YSRC MP Raghuram Krishnam Raju. A team of doctors are now looking into the health conditions of Raju.

The court opined that the remand report was not proper and wanted a different one from the CID. The CID filed a free report again for the magistrate.

Raju told the judges that the third degree was used against him in the CID office and was beaten up by the CID police. The Government lawyer argued that Raju was misleading the court.

The court warned that if Raju was beaten, then the people responsible must face serious consequences. The judgement was pending when this report was filed.

The judges had to wait as they were wanting the medical report on the health status of Krishnam Raju. First, the bail petition was dismissed by the HIgh court and the same was referred to the sessions court.

Now the sessions court has constituted a bench to especially looking into the case of RRR.
