The greatest son of Telangana, a peerless leader & a fearless fighter Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao today turns 65. The people of Telangana are proud that he is the leader who achieved statehood for Telangana. They are calling him the Telangana Bapu.Though party workers and many people here and there are celebrating KCR s birthday, the CM wants no celebrations at all. The Nation is mourning the death of soldiers. Earlier celebrations at a large scale were being planned by former Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav at the Necklace Road. But KTR suggested the leaders and the public that money should not be wasted for hoardings and other things. Instead, they must plant saplings for the future.
Later after the Pulwama terror attack, KTR suggested the leader’s must pledget for organ donation and also go for blood donation and cancel all other celebrations.But it is reported that people are doing special pujas at temples and praying the god for long life to KCR. Frankly speaking, KCR never liked any celebrations on his birthday. Right now he is busy with the work of cabinet expansion to be held on 19nth. Later he will have to do exercise on the candidates for the MP elections and also finalise the list of the MLCs.
