Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeam Softwares clients via telephone, email, and web conferencing.
2. Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Veeams products and the underlying technologies.
3. Research and troubleshoot customer problems and inquiries.
4. Update and work assigned cases in a timely manner.
5. Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.
6. Communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
7. Contribute to documentation to build Veeams knowledge base.
8. Operate effectively in stressful situations.
Experience:
1. Total 3-5 years of experience with excellent communication skills.
2. 3 years of client or customer support with demonstrated problem resolution skills; call center experience is a plus.
3. 2 year working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting experience (past and current Windows OS).
4. 2year of server administration experience in a Windows environment desired.
Strong Networking background desired.
5. VMware or Microsoft virtualization technology experience desired.
6. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
7. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
