The TS B pass system should be implemented properly suggested K Taraka Rama Rao the Minister for Municipal administration. He was talking at the conference of the officials from the Municipal administration in Hyderabad here at the MCHRD.
The people must get confidence from the officials that there would be no corruption in the Municipalities while they come for the building permissions.
Enough awareness should be created among the people he said. The erring officials would be punished and if needed sent out of the service KTR warned.
The system is like TS ipass where the permission for industries is given in just 15 days. The TS B pass building permission can be obtained with self-certification.
Within two months time, the new system of building construction rules must be implemented and that the people must be happy with the new process the Minister said.
The Ts B pass must be implemented in such a fashion that it should be followed by other Governments across the country he opined.
