While the Congress, TRS were ready with the candidates for the Huzoorabad election, the BJP was also gearing up for the same with the mother of Srikantha Chary. The BJP wanted to teach a lesson to TRS by fielding Shankarmma for the election.
But the TRS is ahead in every way in Telangana. The BJP leaders are in a hurry to do something in Telangana, but KCR is 10 steps ahead in the game.
The TRS leaders have already talked to Shankaramma and wooed here back to the TRS fold. Shankaramma was supposed to be the Trump card for the BJP. But she has walked back into the TRS fold.
The BJP which has won the elections for the second time wanted to make some difference to the TRS in Telangana. After winning some MP seats here, the BJP has become overconfident.
But KCR and KTR are smart and smooth operators. They have overpowered BJP by taking Shankarmma into the fold and she is supposed to get some plum post in the TRS Government. It will be a nominated post.
Finally, the BJP now has no formidable candidate to contest for the Huzoorabad election. Now the BJP is in search for a new candidate. The fight is going to be between the Congress and the TRS here.
The edge is for the TRS and they are way ahead in the campaign. The Congress is also equally confident, but this time it is going to be difficult as they have lost it earlier with a slender margin.
