Was a treasure looted from the Tirumala kitchen where Laddus are made traditionally? That is what the former chief Priest Ramana Deekhshitulu charges. In his latest allegations, the priest said that the TTD potu was dug on the instructions of Chandrababu Naidu and other Madam. He did not disclose who the madam was.
He claimed that there was a treasure hidden under the kitchen and that was the reason it was not allowed to dig here. But recently according to the temple officials, it was dug on the instruction of the CM and a lady. He did not disclose as to who the lady was.
He said that when he entered the Potu he saw as if some earthquake occurred there. But the officials said that it was closed and dug for minor repairs. 4 slabs were to be replaced that is what some officials told Deeklshitlu. But he said that there was a huge crater in the kitchen and wanted a CBI probe into the issue at the earliest possible.
He was of the opinion that the said treasure under the kitchen was robbed and sent away to unknown destination.
Earlier he also charged that a pink diamond of the lord was robbed and auctioned in Britain.
The temple kitchen that is potu was closed from December first week to January first week about 25 days. The priest alleged that this was the time the treasure was looted.
