Ever since the biopic on Savitri Mahanati became a super duper hit people are thinking about the biopics of other stars. Now all the producers want to make biopics. There is the talk of a biopic on Soundarya who died in a chopper accident when she was supposed to go for an election campaign for Vidyasagar Rao the BJP candidate. The chopper caught fire and she died on the spot.
Then there is this talk about a biopic on Uday Kiran who committed suicide. He was supposed to get married to Chiranjeevi’s daughter. The stage was set for the marriage and the engagement was also over, but it was cancelled in the eleventh hour. Later Uday went into depression he was married to someone else and could not get any work. Some of his movies bombed at the box office and he later committed suicide for the reasons best known to him.
The Biopics of NTR the legend and YSR the former CM are in production. Balakrishna is doing NTR and Mammootty is doing YSR. There are rumours of a biopic on Jayalalithaa and people say Keerthi Suresh who acted as Savithri would be donning the role of Jayalalithaa Amma.
But Keerthi clarified that nothing has been decided as yet and there is just some discussion going on over the matter. But it is not so easy. People may not agree to show some episodes of her like marriage affairs so on and so forth. The family members of Jaya have to agree for the same.
