The government of Telangana has finally given the go-ahead to the state Home Ministry to fill up at least 14,177 post in the Department of Police.
The break up of the Vacancies –
1,210 SI positions in all the wings of the police department
12,941 constable positions in all the wings of the police department
26 additional SI positions in all the wings of the police department
The further break up of the positions and the various wings of the police department can be had from the recruitment board.
