Taking rest is very important in everyone’s life. But rest should be the real one. Not watching the TV or using your smartphone. It has to be a complete one. Whenever you get a small fever or a cough, the body holds you back and the energy comes down. It wants you to stop running around and stay in a place calm and cool.

That is the reason medical experts say 8 hours of sleep is very much necessary for a human body to rejuvenate for the next day. For a good health, good diet and good rest are very much essential. A good workout is not enough, you have to give it the same amount of rest to be healthy and energetic.

The body can fight the diseases when you are able to give it the required time to rest. Rest is one kind of a healing mechanism for the body. Just don’t think that in the name of keeping busy and fit you run around and you will be healthy. That is not possible. One must have some time to rest for his own well being of the body. Sleeping and taking rest will heal your body in a better manner.

That is the reason people take this weekends. Working for 5 days and taking time out from the work for 2 days will rejuvenate your system. So having weekends and travelling out once in a month also helps your body to get some rest.
