The latest survey by a media firm shows that PM Narendra Modi is the most attractive leader. Modi has got about 42 percent votes for his attraction. Rahul Gandhi the Congress chief is far behind with about 10 percent. This indicates it all. Rahul alone can win some places and Congress with others can win in some places the survey has indicated.
Alliances are not useful in all the places. Three states would go for polls and if they go for a single election to MP and MLA seats then the BJP would be benefitted the survey indicated. If there are separate polls for MPs and MLAs then the BJP will not have a good majority that is the indication.
The survey also stated that the alliances should not be just for the sake of alliance but they must be done as per the requirement according to the local conditions. Some alliances could mar the chances of Congress the report says. The recent no-confidence motion has bolstered the image of BJP and Modi, and people are unhappy with the way Rahul has behaved and surrendered to the Modi, in the end, saying that he loves him and hugged him like a kid.
This was being stated as an apologetic behaviour by Rahul Gandhi in the parliament. The report says that the Congress party has to work hard to come to power in some states. Overall the wind is blowing for the BJP and the Modi remains far ahead of all other parties and leaders as of now.
It may take a lot of time and energy for Rahul Gandhi to fill the gap. Its advantage BJP for now.
