Rahul Gandhi the MP and the former Congress Chief has escaped from the contempt proceedings and has been warned by the Court to be careful.
This is like a massive victory to the Modi government who has been maligned earlier by the Congress leaders. The court also found fault with Rahul Gandhi in person for making derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Modi.
Rahul should have been more careful talking against the Prime Minister Modi the court opined. The allegations have been dismissed saying that there are no merits in the case.
The SC after warning Rahul has closed the contempt proceedings against him. Rahul has also offered an unconditional apology. He was the Congress chief when he made the allegations.
Rahul should have made restraint over the issue.
Now Rahul is an MP and not the Congress chief. Rahul is yet to react over the judgement. The BJP is happy on the 3 verdicts of the Supreme Court.
It is like a big achievement to the credibility of the NDA Government.
