Super specialty Hospitals at Warangal and Adilabad with 729 medical staff

The CM has decided to start Super specialty hospitals at Warangal and Adilabad immediately and appoint medical and health staff there. The CM instructed that the 250-bed Super specialty hospital of the MGM at Kakatiya Medical College premises, Warangal and 250-Bed Super specialty hospital at RIMS Adilabad should become operational immediately.

The CM also instructed Principal Secretary (Finance) Sri Ramakrishna Rao to immediately release Rs 28 Crore, Rs 8 Crore under PMSSY to Super specialty hospital at the MGM, Rs 20 Crore to Super specialty hospitals at RIMS in Adilabad immediately.

The CM instructed the officials concerned to immediately take measures to appoint 363 staff at the Super specialty hospital in Warangal and 366 staff at the super specialty hospital at RIMs, Adilabad. CM instructed the officials to take immediate action in recruitment of a total of 729 staff.

The CM held a high-level review meeting on Sunday at Pragathi Bhavan on the prevailing Covid situation in the state. In this meeting, Ministers Sri T Harish Rao, Sri E Dayakar Rao, State Planning Commission Vice Chairman Sri Vinod Kumar, MLC Sri Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar IT and Industries Principal Secretary Sri Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary (Medical and Health) Sri Rizvi, CMO Special Officer (Covid) Sri Rajasekhar Reddy, Health Director Sri Srinivas Rao, DME Sri K Ramesh Reddy, Kaloji Health University VC Sri Karunakar Reddy, TSMSIDC MD Sri Chandrashekhar Reddy, Technical Advisor Sri Gangadhar and others attended.
