These days there are controversies and news about Caravans. Yes the vans used by film star to relax, change and refresh. It was a privilege earlier, but now they are a status symbol. Some few stars together are getting these vehicles at the shooting spot. It adds to the budget of the movie makers or producers.
Now the latest is that Thaman the music director of Aravinda Sametha was using a van during the film. There were hush remarks that why should the music director have a van. What is the need for him? Does he need a makeup? What would Thaman do in the caravan so on and so forth.
There were also remarks against Trivikram Srinivas the director of the movie that he was wasting the budget like earlier times. He is not in control even after getting some flops. The unit people opined that there was no need for a caravan to the music director while in shooting and that giving the van to Thaman was nothing but wasting of the producers budget.
It would be an unproductive expenditure there is no doubt on that. Some people wanted to know if Thaman was acting in Arvinda Sametha. Earlier Devi was there in Aththarintiki Daredi. There is a chance that Thaman could be playing some small roll.
Afterall he is the grandson of Ghantasala the singing legend.
