KCR spoke to the women employees and entrusted the job to make the necessary arrangements to them to his secretary Ms Smita Sabharwal. The women employees thanked the CM for taking a special interest in their issues.

It may be recalled that earlier some time ago he spoke with the women employees of the TSRTC also and has ordered for their welfare. He suggested the officials that the women conductors must be given convenient timings for work and not the night shifts.

He wanted the RTC to build toilets for them. KCR has always been partial to the women. He always respected them in every way. He always had a soft corner for the women employees.
