Sonali Bendre the popular film star has been diagnosed with metastatic cancer. She acted with top stars like Salman, Chiranjeevi and Mahesh Babu and was a very busy heroine. After getting married she stopped doing movies and came on TV shows.
Now she disclosed that she was diagnosed with cancer and she is taking treatment for the same abroad and her family is giving a great support. It is high-grade cancer and the treatment is being done in USA.
In a statement on Twitter she stated that “sometimes when you least expect it, life throws you a curveball. I have been diagnosed with high-grade cancer and has metastised, which we did not see frankly coming, A niggling pain led to some tests, which led to this unexpected diagnosis.
My family and close friends have rallied around me providing the best support system that anyoen can ask for. I am very pleased and thankful for each of them. Her husband Goldie Behl who is a filmmaker is by her side and taking care of her.
There is no better way to tackle this than to take swift and immediate action she opined. We remain optimistic and I am determined to fight every step of the way she claimed. I am taking this battle head on and knowing I have the strength of my family friends behind me she added.
