Amidst success Sharwanand is taking a huge risk. He gave a nod to Prakash Kovelamudi, son of director K Raghavendra Rao who previously directed three films – ‘Bommalata’, ‘Anaganaga Oka Dhreerudu’, ‘Size Zero’ which have all ended up as big disasters.
Working with Prakash is extremely risk at this point of career for Sharwanand.Prakash tried to be a hero and then turned to a director and did not taste any success so far.
All he has got is the credit of his father Raghavendra Rao. But Raghavendra Rao as has given a dud in the name of Om Namo Venkatesaya to Nagarjuna. When things are not going well with Raghavendra Rao family, Sharwanand gave dates to his son who has not proved that he is a director. Youngsters who are doing short films are doing a great job these days.
Sharwa is on a success spree with back to back successes of Run Raja Run, Express Raja and Malli Malli Idhi Rani Roju. The actor is currently busy wrapping up the shoot of his other film, Radha which will be released in summer. Sherwa is already shooting for another film, Mahanubhavudu which is being directed by Maruthi.
Sharwanand is riding on the hit wave of the huge success with his last film, Shatamanam Bhavathi which released for Sankranthi this year. The movie despite competing with biggies like Khaidi No 150 and Gautamiputra Satakarni, ended up as the biggest hit in Sharwanand’s career and is also his first 30 Crore Share film. Even in foreign it did well. Dil Raju was behind this project.
