Pawan Kalyan the Katama Rayudu hero is yet contest the elections . He has announced that he would be contesting the elections in 2019. But now the TDP leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy has already given him the status of the leader of opposition. He chided at the LOP Jagan in AP saying that Jagan is no leader and he is not having any knowledge in presenting the issues to the public.
Chandramohan said that Jagan must learn from Pawan Kalyan who could really take up the issues of public and present them properly to the Government. He opined that Jagan must take a leaf from Pawan and not behave as he likes in the public domain.
When Pawan fans are of the opinion that Pawan will come to power in 2019 the TDP is confining him as an LOP for the time being.
Meanwhile, the Janasena, which supported the BJP and the TDP during general elections, 2014, hasn’t broken its alliance with the BJP and the TDP. In an interesting development, TDP’s MLC Somireddy Chandra Sekhar Reddy heaped praises on the Power Star.
While lambasting the YSR CP’s head YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Somireddy said, “You are copying Pawan Kalyan’s decisions. You should learn a lot from him. You are unfit to be the opposition leader and you can’t get the same status in next elections.”
We have to see what is in store for Jagan and Pawan in 2019. One thing is for sure that Pawan will contest and divide the votes which will help the TDP in the long run. Jagan may not come to power and it has to be seen if he would be available to contest or will he go the Sasikala way.
