Our U.S based Staffing team is delivering creative, cost-effective services to our clients. We offer scalable, affordable deliverables managed by a team of polished, responsive professionals. We are looking to add technical recruiters to our team.
We require exceptional candidates to support our open requirements. All of our Remote Technical Recruiters work 100% of the time from their own home office, supporting U.S time zone. We require bright, full-time talent, with minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter, for U.S based clients. We offer competitive hourly/commission rates, interesting work environment and an exceptional opportunity for visibility with a company on the front end of exponential growth.
We require candidates with the ability to forge strong business partnerships. Communication skills must be excellent, both written and verbal. Professionalism will be paramount. We require candidates eager to succeed as individuals and for the benefit of the group. We require candidates able to operate independently and in tandem with our Cogent team.
Requirements: Should be open to work on both direct and tier two requirements.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree.
An excellent work ethic including the innate drive to exceed expectations and achieve
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work well with the team and to work well independent of the team
Experience recruiting for technical skill sets such as Java, .Net, PM, SAP, Business Analysts, Software Programmers, Test Engineers, Environmental Engineers and/or Technical Sales Talent.
Responsibilities:
Post open positions on various job portals and track incoming applicants
Use job boards, internal database and open source network to recruit IT/Engineering, and Technical Sales professionals
Screen resumes for basic requirements to include degree, tenure and written communication skills
Contact and communicate with candidates via email
Contact candidates and conduct initial phone screens
Present candidate credentials in a cohesive format for Account Manager review
Use specific social media tools and job boards to nurture a network of top talent
Build relationships with top talent and work to secure referrals based on exceptional professional service provided
