Required:
Single point of contact between IT and the service provider
Work in alignment with the team leader and ensure delivery of services by the local junior site person
Daily Request and Support
Ensure to reach the defined KPI performance
IT project support
IMAC request/support
Escalate the problem to the Team Leader
Adhere to employee entry and exit policy
New employee IT orientation
Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office support
Have strong communication and customer service skills
Customer friendly attitude
Problem solver and adhere to changing process and procedures
Fluent in English Read / Write and Speak. Onsite support and phoneadmin need to communicate effectively with local users and local IT directly regarding case sharing, analysis, and to work out the resolution.
Ability to effectively understand and respond to email
Perform under pressure
IT skills
Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office support
