Must: Working from Hyderabad and working at PST time zone (night shift at India or rotational shift)

Walk-in Timings 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Networking Engineer –

1. 3-8 Years into Networking with CCNA/ CCNP certifications. Exp on 3 tier architecture would be a plus. Hardcore Networking, worked on setup and administrative tasks.
2. Exp on Installing and configuring switches and routers. Excellent knowledge in Network Topologies, good understanding of OSI model.
3.Complete understanding of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and Spanning Tree protocol is a must.
4. Excellent knowledge in Network Topologies, good understanding of OSI model.
5. Good Expertise on Fortigate/Sophos/Cisco ASA firewalls. Setup Multi-Site VPN tunnels.
6. Strong hands-on experience in installations, configurations and troubleshooting of Cisco series routers 3800/3600/2800/2600, Cisco catalyst 6500/4500/3750/2950 and Nexus switches.

IT Security –

1. 3-8 Years into IT Security. Experience in managing Multi-Clients.
2. Good experience on working in large and complex Network Security design Infrastructure. Good experience on Secure Application design in DMZ related infrastructure.
3. Knowledge on IDPS and packet analyzers. Hands on experience on Network Data Center planning/design/ implement, site to site tunnel setup and troubleshooting, VPN issues. Knowledge and Experience on Sophos, Sonicwall and Cisco Meraki would be an added advantage.
4. Implementation and troubleshooting of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP. Network experience using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM, VoIP and any Network security tools, packet analyzers
5. Should have extensive knowledge and Implementation on Firewalls design (e.g Checkpoint R71, R77, ASA FW, McAfee), IPSec VPN and working experience on IPS / IDS.

Service Desk (Level-1) –

1. 0-3 years of exp in BPOs can be considered with EXCELLENT Communication skills

Service Desk (Level-2) –

1. 3+ years of IT service desk analyst experience, A+ and/or Network+ is a plus
2. CompTIA A+ or Network+ + Certification is a plus, Exceptional customer service
3. Verbal and written skills, PC Hardware troubleshooting, Software installations. Active Directory administration, LAN/WAN, TC/IP Protocols, Windows 7 / 10
4. IOS and Android Devices, Remote desktop support, Minimum 2 years experience as a help desk agent
5. Flexible to work in night shifts and 24/7, Active Directory, Outlook troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting, Windows Troubleshooting. Knowledge of ITIL Service Management best practices.
