These days the MLAs are jumping from one party to other like frogs. Jumping to other parties and coming back to the original parties has become so simple these days. No morals, just for grabbing power and getting things done, they are ready for everything. A leader frm YSRC now in TDP who did not get the cabinet berth said that he jumped for the sake of Minister post.
Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu is of the opinion that the MLAs who have ethics and morals should not jump to another party just like that for the sake of a Minister post. There should be a debate across the Nation on this issue he demanded.
He said that they must resign first to the party they belong to and then get elected from the other party. That is the right way he said. But these days no party is having morals and the MLAs are jumping like frogs from one party to the other he opined.
He opined that the TDP, Jagan and also TRS are at fault to some extent. On the other hand the TRS Minister who jumped from TDP to TRS and became a Minister had a tit for tat with Babu after the cabinet expansion here in AP.
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu made a hue and cry over the induction of Talasani Srinivas Yadav, who won on TDP ticket in 2014 Polls, into TRS Cabinet. The same person took as many as four YSR Congress MLAs into his cabinet the other day.
Talasani didn’t miss this golden opportunity & settled scores with Chandrababu Naidu immediately. ‘Babu need to explain how he offered Cabinet Berths for Opposition MLAs. He even found fault with Governor for permitting my swearing-in ceremony.
What would Naidu say now? He even went to Delhi to ensure we don’t get Ministerial Berths. It would be better if Chandrababu Naidu stops used the words like honesty & ethics/morals’.
Talasani even challenged the TDP Supremo: ‘If he makes all the four YSRCP MLAs who became Ministers resign, I am ready to offer my resignation’.he thundered.
Will Chandrababu Naidu accept the challenge? Does the defector MLAs have the courage to face by-elections? On the other hand YSRCP chief Jagan also represented the same to the Governor. But it is learnt that some TDP people are coming to Jagan for joining the YSRC. There should be an end to this and the centre must come up with a legislation over the matter at the earliest.
