Former Minister and MLA Harish Rao today said that the poor Brahmins must get enough employment. He visited the Brahmana parishat along with the Chairman of the Telangana Brahmana parishat Ramana Chary here.
The Siddipet Brahmana Parishat must be developed into a religious centre Harish said. Harish reminded that the TRS Government under K Chandrasekhar Rao the Chief Minister was the first to think about the development of the Brahmins in the state. He said that no other Government bothered about the plight of the Brahmins.
He also opined that the poor people in the forward caste must get proper opportunities and they must also get the employment. He said that a cooperative society for the welfare of Brahmin women must be established here. He was the opinion that the Brahmins in the state were lagging behind and they must surge ahead and participate in the development process.
He complimented Ramana Chary the Government advisor for taking up various works in the state of Telangana. Ramana Chary explained to the Minister on various works being taken up by the Brahmana parishat in the state of Telangana. It is a fact that the TRS Government has done a lot to the Brahmins in Telangana by allocations separate funds for them.
