The aggression and frustration of Dubbala MLA Raghunandan has now put MP Bandi Sanjay in a fix. Later Raghunandan clarified that it was not on record and just a chit-chat with the media.
The MLA also explained that he was wrongly quoted by the media.
BRS corporator Kamaljit Kaur has lodged a complaint with the police against Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay the former TS BJP chief, asking for a probe into Sanjay giving advertisements worth Rs 100 crore to the media.
The corporator along with BRS leader Sohal Singh and others lodged the complaint with the Karimnagar Town-I police . This comes in the wake of the Dubbaka MLA M Raghunandhan Rao reportedly alleging that Sanjay, who said he had sold his wife’s mangalasutra to contest in the parliament elections, could give ads worth Rs 100 crore to media.
Ragunandan said that he also contributed to this fund. He clarified that the photos of Chugh and others in ads will not fetch any votes and that the local leaders’ faces must be published so that they get some votes.
The complaint also said that under CrPC Section 161, the police should probe the case based on the allegations leveled against Sanjay by Raghunandhan Rao.
We have to see how far Sanjay and Ragunandan would wriggle out of the cases.
