Was it a real security lapse or did PM Modi stage it to get some mileage as the meeting was a big flop with no gathering? The rain also spoiled the show.

This is the second meeting in the history of India and also the Prime Ministers where the meetings have been cancelled for no crowds. It was Chandrasekhar from Janata dal who was forced to cancel his meeting at the Nizam College grounds.

Chandrasekhar was the PM and he cancelled the meeting at the Nizam College grounds in Hyderabad as no one turned up for the meeting. Now it is our PM Modi who was turned back in the name of security and farmers agitation.

But the reality is that there were no crowds at the meeting. Rain forced him to travel by road and the roads were taken by surprise by the farmers.

PM waiting for twenty minutes on the borders of Pakistan was a major security lapse. But all said and done the PM got sympathy by tweeting that he returned back with his life intact.

But the SPG people had a tough time getting the PM back to the airport.
