It looks like people are slowly taking the hero very light as he looks the same in all the movies. There is no talk about Peddanna movie in Tollywood too.
There are no promotions or Hungama as Rajinikanth is taking rest at home. He was in the hospital for some checkups. He has crossed 70 and is not doing well these days.

Even earlier his movies were not doing well in Telugu states. Many new filmmakers have come and movies with good stories are coming in theatres and also on OTT.
People are fed up with the movies of senior heroes as the stories are just stereotypes and have no substance.
