Rajya Sabha MP Joginpally Santosh Kumar has appreciated Tokyo Olympics Silver Medalist Mirabai Chanu:
Tokyo Olympics under 49Kg weightlifting category Silver Medalist, Chanu planted saplings at her home town in Manipur and asked all to carry on their bit in saving Environment.
RS MP Joginpally Santosh Kumar appreciated Mirabai in his Twitter stating that she won the hearts of all Indians by not only winning the Silver medal in the Olympics but also by planting trees.
RS MP Joginapally felt that the Olympian silver medalist would certainly inspire many to replicate Green India Challenge. Joginapally is getting a lot of appreciation from every quarters for this program.
The MP said that he is inspired by the Haritha Haram program of KCR the CM of Telangana. Both Haritha Haram and Green India Challenge are going hand in hand.
The forests of Telangana are going green and it has huge greenery when compared to other states.
