People from Akkineni family like hero Nagarjuna said that it was NTR and ANR who were very popular with the masses and now it is KCR they said. They were in a cine function where Akkineni award was given to Rajamouli the Baahubali director.
They opined that the people just follow KCR with his words and welfare measures. They also followed NTR like that when he was CM of AP. Nagarjuna said that KCR is doing so many welfare things for the poor and needy in Telangana.
KCR also remembered old songs and sang them for the audience in the function. He said that these days there is no such melody. He complimented Rajamouli for the Baahubali.
VP Venkaiah also opined that lot violent movies and abusive movies were coming these days and opined that they must be message oriented and develop the community.
