While the World is facing the financial crunch in the name of slow down, Our country is somewhat better and Hyderabad is not slowing down.
The activities in Hyderabad have gone up like anything. There was a talk that people would shift to Andhra from Telangana, but the reality is that people are coming back to Telangana in the reverse trend.
The three capital formula and other decisions being taken by the AP Government is making the people rethink and come back to Hyderabad. Around 40 per cent of the population are migrants.
The old city has heavy migration and they are labour. People from UP, Orissa and Bihar are working here. They like the atmosphere here apart from the treatment they get from others.
Vidyanagar and Ramnagar have migrants from Odisha and Rajasthan also. IT people also prefer Hyderabad as the next first destination after their home town.
The living cost is less when compared to any other state in the country. The real estate has gone up and is going up in a phased manner. The crime rate is also coming down slowly.
You get all kinds of food and the atmosphere is conducive to all of them when compared to Delhi and Bangalore. So that is the reason Hyderabad is ranking as the best city when compared to other cities in the country.
There is no economic slow down of whatsoever in Hyderabad.
