One might be wondering what is this honey shot. Honey shot is nothing but taking the camera on to a hot female who has come to watch the games. Fifa officials have warned the TV channels covering the football games not to zoom on the hot women and project their images.

This is an effort from the part of Russain Government to curb sexism in football. This happens in cricket also.

The Television producers and the cameramen were used to taking the close-ups of good looking and hot women during the cricket and also football matches and watchers loved them.

There are young girls who would come shorts, with a low neck, big earrings, big goggles so on and so forth so that they get zoomed on the TV screens.

These are called Honey shots and cameras drool over women during the sports coverage and this existed for several decades.

There are times where good looking women were made to sit in the crowd to make it colourful and also for the camera.

During this FIFA Honey shots have become a common feature and they are getting a good response.

It may be noted that one of the women anchors was grabbed by a fan while she was live on the TV. It was big news. Later the man apologised.
