The supreme court ruled that there was no need for a CBI probe into the Rafale deal. The Supreme court warned that Rahul Gandhi the MP and the former Congress chief must be more careful in making allegations against the Government.
No need for review over the Rafale verdict the court opined. The SC dismissed all the petitions against the Rafale deal. Rahul, in this case, made allegations that Prime Minister Chor hai so and so forth.
But the enquiries revealed that there was nothing wrong in the deal. The Court opined that it is not appropriate to further enquiry into the Rafale deal.
The Court ruled that there is no need of a review on the Rafale deal. The judgement was unanimous on the Rafale deal.
