The rains are getting delayed by another week. While the monsoon is entering Kerala by 8th, it will take another one week to come to the Telugu states it is reported. The Temperatures are very high in the Telugu states. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have recorded more than 45 degrees since last one month. Still, there is no respite for the heat wave.Now that the monsoon is delayed the people have to be careful about the heat wave.
According to the IMD officials and their predictions, the monsoon will enter Telangana after 13nth of this month. Till such time the people of Telangana should be careful. The monsoon was expected by June first in Kerala and now it is coming by the 8th of this month.
There is a depletion in the groundwater levels also. People in some parts of the Telangana are exeriencing drinking water problem as the borewells have gone dry. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been time and again advising people to plant saplings and maintain greenery so that it balances the climate.
