Minister for IT and Industries K Taraka Rama Rao today launched several welfare schemes in Warangal Town. He was accompanied by Minister Dayakar.
The Minister first launched the water scheme under mission Bageeratha and then he launched the double bedroom housing schemes programme for the Journalists here.
Press Academy Chairman Allam Narayana was also present during the launch of double bedroom housing work here in Warangal. The Minister talking on the occasion said that the TRS government under the leadership of CM K Chandrasekhar Rao walked the talk.
He said that the promises made were being fulfilled in a phased manner. Despite the Covid conditions and the slump in the income, the Government was continuing all the welfare schemes for the poor and the needy.
KTR assured that along with Hyderabad, Warangal and other two-tier towns are being developed in a big way. Today KTR will launch works amounting to around Rs 1700 crore here in Warangal.
600 double bedroom houses are being constructed for the sake of journalists here with a cost of around 32 crores.
