This has been the trend from the days of D Ramanaidu the movie Moghul. The same formula was followed by Allu Aravind and also Dil Raju. Dil Raju just bought the movies for peanuts from newcomers and made tonnes of money.

The concept of launching new directors is nothing but making movies with a low budget and making money. Now remakes are also made with a medium budget and money is being minted by Suresh Productions and Trivikram Srinivas.

In the same fashion, Chiranjeevi is also working in remakes like hero Venkatesh. Right now the megastar is working on four remakes. Godfather is one of them where Mohanlal is the hero in the original Malayalam movie.

Chiranjeevi had given time to around six assistant directors and upcoming directors for the story narration. This is to encourage them and at the same time make movies on the fast track with a low budget.

The theatres running and the OTT platforms will make the movie a turnaround. It will become risk-free. These days the Pan India concept is also making the movie risk free.

Releasing the movie in around thousands of theatres also makes it risk-free. The money is taken in just three days’ time. The rates are hiked in the name of a new movie for the first ten days.

Making money is different and running the movie in the name of publicity is different. Finally, Akhanda is an example of a right movie that ran successfully across India and minted money in the dubbing format also.
