The unholy alliance of the TDP and the Congress along with other parties is looking for funds now. It is an open secret that without distribution of money there is a very little scope of getting votes. We have seen voters coming in open and asking for money and saying that they would not come voting as they have not been paid. TDP joining the Congress for power is a bad idea and against the sentiment of late NTR who founded the TDP.
It is learnt that the Congress leaders are trying to woo in Pawan Kalyan and the CPM also into the so-called front and the Congress is contesting the majority of seats.

The TDP is prepared to do anything for the success of Congress to trounce the TRS at the hustings. Now the CEC has almost decided that the Elections for the 4 states with Telangana will be completed by December. Now the TDP has promised to pump in funds for the Congress party in Telangana. Chandrababu wants to trounce the TRS by hook or crook and settle the score with KCR for maligning him with the note for vote case.
Except for the TDP no other party in front has sufficient funds. It is reported that Uttam Kumar the TPCC chief has requested the high command and Rahul Gandhi to allocate funds for the Telangana election.
Earlier the TDP has contributed funds for the Karnataka election via Galla Jaydev against the BJP here. Now Karnataka Congress would also send in funds for the Telangana election. On the whole, the Front against the TRS is getting steam more than the expected manner. It is not a cake walk for KCR as he thought earlier.
The Congress is not caught unawares and is no surprised by the way KCR announced the elections and candidates. They were hungry and preparing for the elections.In fact, they want early elections so that they will have some more MLAs in the state.
But on the whole, the situation is conducive for the TRS as things stand now.
