The so-called top-notch advocate Siddarth Luthra miserably failed in securing House arrest status for Chandrababu Naidu the high-profile leader.
They say he was misguided by Babu and local advocates on the way to fight the case. They concentrated on the sections and not on impressing upon the judge that there was no scam at all as said by the CID.
Babu is the kingpin in the scam the CID convinced the Judge. Now a quash petition and Anticipatory bail are pending before the judge today. The local advocates are doing the Job as Luthra could not represent the former CM in this alleged corruption case.
Luthra is also working for the daughter of Vivekananda in the murder case against Avinash the MP who is on bail. Luthra is known for winning the cases, but this time he failed.
Luthra also pointed out not taking the governor’s permission in this high-profile case. The CID sought the five-day custody of Chandrababu. They also filed a case pertaining to irregularities in IRR alignment.
Babu on the other hand had black coffee and read three newspapers. He had fruit salad for breakfast. Babu who was mentioned as A37 is now A1 in the scam case.
AAG argued very well for the CID against Chandrababu. There is a talk that the Judge could have been influenced by the Government. We have to see if Babu will get out of Jail today by winning the quash petition.
There are no proper agitations going on for the sake of Babu in the state. The police is in control of the situation.
