As the top BJP leadership continue to visit Hyderabad for campaigning in GHMC elections, TRS Working President KTR intensifies the attack by calling them ‘Political Tourists’. Even PM Modi is coming to Hyderabad in the name of Covid Vaccine.

KTR addressed large gatherings during his roadshows in Malkajgiri, Serilingampally, and Rajendra Nagar Constituencies today.

He said, “I welcome the top BJP leaders to Hyderabad. It would have been much better if the same leaders had come to Hyderabad when the city was facing heavy rains and floods.”

KTR said “Instead of coming with empty hands, I request them to bring along the Rs 1350 Crore financial assistance (for relief measures in rain-affected colonies) which CM KCR had requested for in a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“These political tourists will come from Delhi, see and go. They will not do anything. It is the TRS leaders who always stand by the people during the crisis,” said KTR.

Reminding people about Prime Minister Modi’s promise of depositing money in accounts of the citizens, KTR said “Whoever received Rs 15 lakh in their Jan Dhan account can vote for Modi’s BJP and whoever didn’t receive should vote for TRS.”

KTR stated that the Gandipet reservoir was built in 1920 from where the drinking water is being supplied to Hyderabad. No leader thought about the increasing population in Hyderabad and its expansion. Only KCR thought about it and decided to build a Keshavpuram reservoir which will ensure drinking water is provided for years in Hyderabad. “CM KCR is a futuristic leader,” said KTR.

He highlighted the development activities the TRS government has taken up in the state since it came to power six years ago. He highlighted the Kalyana Lakshmi, KCR Kit, Annapurna Canteen, Basthi Dawakhana, Ambedkar Overseas scholarships were a few amongst the list.

KTR stated that the TRS government has worked hard and attracted investments from the world’s top companies, which created lakhs of employment opportunities in the State.”

Working President KTR also said that about 6.5 lakh families were given financial assistance of Rs 10, 000 during the heavy rains in Hyderabad. He blamed the opposition leaders who wrote letters and halted the program. “Today these same people promise to give Rs 25,000. They are cheating people,” he said.

After December 4th, we will ensure Rs 10,000 financial assistance is given to the families who did not receive the funds.

KTR sought the support of the people in the upcoming GHMC elections.
