Kangana Ranaut whose Manikarnika is doing well at the box office said that whatever she has achieved is on her own and that her father has not given it. She said that Manikarnika has been released and people crying against it with jealousy will be of no use. She was hinting at Krish Jagarlamudi who claims that he has shot 80 per cent of the film. Vijayendra Prasad the writer who is the father of Rajamouli has done the story and screenplay for this film.
There were allegations against Kangana that she has cut short the role of Sonu Sood and others. Kangana clarified that she has got national awards and also directed the film to the extent possible and there no father to help her. It is on her own that she could achieve all this. She suggested Krish and others not to cry as the film has already been released and doing well.
She also suggested Krish to take Sonu Sood and other do another film instead of crying on the film which has been already released. There was news that Krish has walked out of the film without completing it as he wanted to take up the NTR biopic here for Balakrishna in Tollywood. But Krish clarified that it was Kangana who pressurised him to cut short the roles of Sonu Sood and other actors.
