The KCR government has stepped back and has withdrawn the lunch motion petition against the government. The Telangana Government has assured the court that it will start the Budget session with the Governor’s address.

It is like a moral victory to Governor Tamilisai. Earlier the Government said no to the Governor’s address and the Rajbhavan has not approved the Budget.

Now that they have come to an understanding the Budget session will have the customary address by the Governor on the beginning day. Now we have to see if the Governor will follow the speech given by the BRS Government and if will she give the comments on her own.

Will she say My Government or will she say it as BRS Government? Dave the counsel for BRS Government sensed that they might lose the case to Rajbhavan and has come to an understanding.

The petition against the Governor was withdrawn and assured that they will go as per the constitution. The court has advised the Government to go according to the norms of the constitution.

The consent of the Governor is needed for the Budget. Dave tried to impress the court that it can give directions against the Governor. But the High Court said that it was not right and that the state must go as per the constitution.

Now the stage is clear for Governor Tamilisai to address the lawmakers before the Budget as per tradition. There has been a rift between the Governor and CM KCR for a long time.

Many states are having a rift between Governors and the states. Some leaders with no stature have been talking and commenting against the Governor as they like.

KCR as CM can point out the issues against the Governor, but chota mota leaders must not exceed their limits.
