It looks like the TRS is going to win the by-election at Nagarjunasagar finally. The Yadava community is wholeheartedly supporting Nomula Bhagat the son of Narsimhaiah here.
Apart from the community votes, the sympathy vote will definitely help Bhagat. The Ministers are working day and night for the victory of TRS.
The TRS has won two MLC seats in recent times and it makes all the difference now. JanaReddy the Congress leader as such has not done much for the constituency.
All arrangements have been made for Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s public meeting near Haliya in Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly constituency in Nalgonda district today.
The Chief Minister will address the gathering at 5 pm. Arrangements have been completed for the meeting by the district TRS leaders in 20 acres of land near Haliya. Much as the Congress would like to claim, Jana Reddy, a seven-time legislator from Sagar and a former Minister, has nothing to show by way of the development of the constituency during his long tenure.
The TRS star campaigners have been rightly capitalizing on the thing that the former Home Minister has not developed he is much.
The caste dynamics, which many claims play a key role in elections, does not seem to be an area of concern for the TRS since most sections of society are backing the ruling party.
The BJP is nowhere in the race. In fact, the BJP candidates community people are in a larger number in the constituency, but there is no guarantee that they would vote for him.
