It is official that Jana Sena will not be contesting the Telangana Assembly elections. But however Pawan Kalyan the party chief said that the party would be contesting in the coming parliament elections in 2019.It may be recalled that Pawan earlier supported KCR and his governance. KTR the son of CM KCR also talked to Pawan Kalyan and thanked him for the support.
It is a wise decision on the part of Pawan to stay out of Telangana as people consider JanaSena as the party for Andhra Pradesh. The people here feel that Pawan or Chiranjeevi has no stakes in Telangana. Even Chiranjeevi the megastar could not garner enough support in the Telugu states and has to surrender himself to the Congress party for a Minister post. So it is better for Pawan to test the waters in Andhra and then can go for expansion if there is a good response.
