Bandla Ganesh the popular and controversial producer was awarded a 6 months jail term for giving a cheque which was bounced by the Bank.
The cheque was given to Vakkantham Vamsi for writing the movie Temper acted by NTR which was a super duper hit.
The Cheque was not honored by the bank as there was no deposit.
Vamsi went to Erramanzil court and the court found fault with the producer Ganesh.
The court also fined Ganesh to the extent of 15 lakhs 86 thousand and 550 rupees it is reported. This is for not paying the remuneration to V Vamsi it is learnt.
It has to be seen if Ganesh goes for further appeal or sits in the jail.
